Frankenstein

Frankenstein
By: Mary Shelley

Summery:

"Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus, is a novel written by English author Mary Shelley about the young student of science Victor Frankenstein, who creates a grotesque but sentient creature in an unorthodox scientific experiment." - Wikipedia

What I Thought:

The novel was a great classic to read, especially if you want a suspenseful and historic feel to a tragic yet eventful story. It all began in Genevese, where Victor Frankenstein was born and the story later evolved into a misconception of science. This eventually leads to the monster's birth and Victor's horror to what he had created. The story takes off from there into many tragic deaths and plots for revenge.

What I thought:

This book was amazing! I couldn't put it down and by the time I finished it was around 1 o'clock in the morning and I started it around 9am. The characters were flawed in their own little ways, which helped them develop over time, causing, me myself, to become attached to them. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves action, fantasy, romance, adventure, magic, and much more.

Voyagers

Voyagers
By: K.L. Nappier

This book is for people who love ghosts, romance, and mystery type of books. K.L. Nappier's book Voyagers is a book full of mystery and suspense at every turn and you would want to add this book to, to-read, as soon as possible. Nappier always has a way with words and makes the book exciting at every turn wanting you to stay up tell late at night trying to finish it.

It all starts with Greta Roscoe and Reverend Aaron Shane who would have to deal with the situation that they were murdered and that they have to find their murders, without help at all. The book takes off from there with them both trying to solve the mystery themselves.

I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.

I personally liked this book very much. It was action packed and it had a very interesting plot line that caught my attention from the very beginning.

Short summary:

Jane and Pain are two sisters who grew up to be sky ghosts or warriors for the "good side", but soon their lives change when they are forced to help guard two friends who encountered Beasts or people from the "bad side". They don't have a clue why they are so important to catch the eyes of the Beasts, but they know that no matter what, they have to protect them.

What I thought:

Overall I liked this book becuase of the interesting plot line and how the characters' personalities developed throughout the book. I rated it 4 stars becuase it was a little hard to get into the book in the beginning, but as the story went on I realized that I couldn't put the book down and ended up reading until 3am. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a good action packed book with a intricate plot line and a slow building romance all wrapped up into one.
